In it, I cover back training in depth. I describe the anatomy and function of the main players of the back, the joints and joint movements involved in common back exercises, and how we can tweak their execution to emphasise our muscles of interest and develop a well-rounded posterior. I also lay out some practical examples of back training plans, and give you some tips in organising your training to maximise hypertrophy. It’s a monster, and well worth the read.
